- late August: the now-annual vacation-with-Francisca ten days or so, I trust
- early September: likely back to Stockholm for dentist
- mid-September: to the US, St. Louis / O’Fallon, MO
- September 25-27: John Burroughs School reunion events
- early October: NYC visit, maybe Philadelphia or other, more, …?
- mid-October: back to Saumur, in new home I trust, to basically spend the rest of the year settling in – but still expect occasional short trips and opera/concert getaways!

Oh, send me links! maybe email? Have never been but had recently seen one possible ad. It’s 30-45 min from Dijon, under an hour to Beaune, 2-2.5 to Geneva. Haven’t checked to see what service there is at the nearby regional airport. Lyon is more like 3 hours. I am rather leaning towards the center or west-central region but have enjoyed roaming Burgundy and that is my favorite regional cuisine!
